General Info
Can I bring my camera to the Party?
No, you may not.
No outside photographic, video, or recording devices allowed on the premises.
What is “THE Lifestyle”?
The lifestyle is a descriptive classification for those who are involved with swinging.
Is “Swinging” making love?
No, swinging is being involved with someone physically only for the sexuality of it. Not because you love that person, or are wanting to make them feel special. Making love is having sex with someone in a loving, caring, romantic way.
I am New to the Lifestyle, if I go to Couples Oasis Swing Party, Do I have to Play?
The answer is NO.
At Couples Oasis, it is a very relaxed atmosphere, there is no pressure to do anything you don’t want to do. If you just want to sit back and relax with a cocktail, then by all means do that. What happens at the party is all up to you and your partner. If you not comfortable with anything, don’t do it.
Some people actually go to the club just to socialize, and that is perfectly acceptable.
Why do I have to go to the Orientation? Are you “picking” only pretty people (i.e. Ken and Barbi)?
Wow, thats two questions in one.
Yes, everyone has to go through Orientation. Orientation is only to make sure that you and your partner are on the same page. You both need to know and be aware that you are going to a swingers party. Believe it or not, there have been people that have “Surprised” there partner with going to a swingers party. The surprise was on them. That kind of surprise only breeds drama, no one wants to be part of that.
Going through the Orientation has nothing to do with picking pretty people. We do not discriminate against anyone wanting to attend a party. If you are willing and able, then you are welcome. We have people of all ages and sizes as members of the society, and we love them all.
We signed up to be members, but my spouse left on a business trip, can I come out without him/her?
Remember this is Couples Oasis. If you come out without your spouse you are no longer a couple, you are single. So the answer would be No. If you have made freinds with other members of the club and they want to sponsor you out, then that is OK.
What if I just want to be left alone, but so and so, won’t leave me alone?
No problem, just let one of the staff members know ( Bartender, DJ Person, Door Person, or anyone else you see) of the problem and we will handle it. You are here to have a good time, having someone pester you is annoying at best.
Fortunately this sort of thing doesn’t happen very often at the club, but when it does we take care of right away, we want everyone to have a good time.
